## Rinzo cannot call 911

During early access, Rinzo does not connect calls to 911 or any other emergency number. A call to 911 from a Rinzo phone will not reach emergency services.

## Keep another way to call for help

Do not use Rinzo as your only phone service anywhere someone may need to call for help. Keep a mobile phone or another phone line available, and make sure everyone who uses a Rinzo phone knows it cannot call 911. A label on each desk phone helps.

## Power and internet outages

Rinzo phones work over the internet. They stop working during a power cut or an internet outage.

## The AI receptionist cannot help in an emergency

The AI receptionist answers questions about your business and takes messages. It cannot contact emergency services or put a caller through to 911, and a message it takes is not an emergency report. Someone with an emergency must hang up and call 911 themselves.

## Never test with 911

Do not dial 911 to test a Rinzo phone. Test with an ordinary call instead.
