> Rinzo is a hosted business phone system (cloud PBX built on Kazoo) in early access. People manage it in the Control panel at https://app.rinzo.ai/; developers and AI agents use the `rinzo` command-line tool against the same account API at https://app.rinzo.ai/v2.

- Calls to the US & Canada cost $0.02/min. Inbound calls to your numbers cost $0.01/min. Calls to US & Canada toll-free numbers and calls between your own extensions are free. Calls are billed per minute in 60-second increments, with a 60-second minimum.
- No platform, per-user or per-device fees. You pay for calls and phone numbers from prepaid credit (numbers are $10 a month each, or from $4 a month prepaid), and can add channels for unlimited US & Canada calling.
- 911 and emergency calling are not supported during early access.
- Agents must never enter or handle card details, and need the person's explicit OK before deleting anything or buying numbers.
