The phone system: unlimited users and devices, extensions, desk phones and softphones, the browser Softphone, ring groups, auto-attendants, office hours and holidays, voicemail, call history, conference rooms and call recording (kept 90 days, or sent to your own storage). The AI receptionist: it answers from your business information in English, Spanish or French, transfers callers to your people and departments, uses your company directory, takes messages, books appointments in a Google Calendar you connect and answers after hours, with a summary email after each call and transcripts if you turn them on, for $0.10 a minute while it talks. Calls to toll-free numbers and between your extensions are free and don’t use your minutes. ## AI answering The AI receptionist is part of your plan, with no monthly fee: you pay $0.10 a minute while it is talking with a caller, in 6-second increments, from your prepaid credit. Your free month includes 30 AI minutes. The call it answers is an inbound call like any other: it uses your included minutes, then costs $0.02 a minute. You choose where it answers in your call routing. ## Your free month Start with one free month on the month-to-month plan, with everything included: your phone number, 100 minutes of calls and 30 minutes of AI answering. A card is required, and nothing is charged today. Then $39 USD a month, unless you cancel (turn off renewal) before the date shown when you sign up. The free month is for the month-to-month plan only: 12 and 24 months are paid when you choose them. ## Renewal and changing term Every term renews automatically at the price shown until you turn renewal off in the Control panel under My Account › Billing: month to month every month, 12 months a year and 24 months every 2 years. You can turn it off any time: your plan keeps working to the end of the term you paid for (or your free month), then ends, and nothing more is charged. We email you before a 12- or 24-month term renews. Ending your plan doesn’t refund your credit. Change your term in Billing. A longer term starts straight away, and the unused part of your current term is credited against it. A shorter term starts at your next renewal. If a payment fails, your phone system keeps working for 7 days while you update your card. After that, or when your plan ends, calls to and from outside phones stop; your settings, numbers and credit are kept, and choosing a plan turns calls back on. ## What unlimited means Unlimited means there is no count of users or devices and no fee for them. It doesn’t mean unlimited calling: the plan includes 100 minutes a month, then calls are charged per minute. Nor does it mean unlimited calls at once, unlimited storage or custom work, and we protect the service from abuse. ## Calls after your minutes Calls to and from US and Canadian numbers use your 100 included minutes a month, then cost $0.02/min, inbound or outbound. Calls to US & Canada toll-free numbers and calls between your own extensions are free and don’t use your minutes. Calls are counted in 60-second increments, with a 60-second minimum, both for your included minutes and for calls charged after them. You can call the 48 contiguous US states, Washington DC and Canada (except Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut), plus US & Canada toll-free numbers. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, the Caribbean, premium-rate (900) numbers and international destinations are not available yet. Extra phone numbers are $5 a month each (from $2 a month prepaid), paid from your prepaid credit. Your plan includes one phone number. Each extra number costs $5 a month, taken from your credit every 30 days, or prepay it in the Control panel: $3 a month for 12 months ($36 upfront) or $2 a month for 24 months ($48 upfront). If your credit can’t cover an extra number’s monthly fee, we keep it for 7 days, then release it. During early access, support adds extra phone numbers on request: add credit in Billing, then email [support@rinzo.ai](mailto:support@rinzo.ai) with the area code you’d like. Prepaid number terms are charged upfront to your saved card. When a term ends, the number continues month to month at the monthly price, unless you release it. Leaving early is not refunded automatically; a refund we agree to is what you paid minus the months used at the monthly price. ## Prepaid credit Credit pays for calls after your included minutes, extra numbers and optional services. Add it in the Control panel under [My Account › Billing](https://app.rinzo.ai/#/billing): $10, $25, $50 or $100 or any amount in between (USD). We email you when your balance drops below $5. Once your included minutes are used, calls to and from outside phones are paid from credit: if it runs out, they stop until you add more. Calls between your own extensions keep working. Automatic top-up is off until you turn it on in the Control panel under My Account › Billing: then, when your credit falls below an amount you choose (for example $5), we add an amount you choose (for example $25) from your saved card, at most once a day. ## Refunds Month to month: turn off renewal any time; a month already started isn’t refunded. 12 and 24 months: a full refund if you ask within 30 days of paying. Calling credit isn’t refundable, with one exception: if you ask for a full refund within your first 30 days with Rinzo, we refund your unused credit too.
