Our own AI receptionist answers this line. Ask about the phone system, the free month, or how it handles a caller who needs a person.
No account needed. This is a live demo, not a recorded example.
Your phone provider’s normal calling charges may apply.
Try asking: “Can I keep my business number?”
From the first answer to the next step
Your business facts.
Your call routes.
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, or cleaning: start with the questions your team already answers. You decide what the receptionist knows and where callers go.
Answer from your information.
Add your services, hours, service area, and approved policies. Test familiar questions and questions your information does not cover.
Put callers through to your people.
Connect a caller to a configured person, ring group, or mobile. Choose a separate after-hours route if that fits the way you work.
Leave a message when nobody is free.
Capture the caller’s name, callback number, and request in voicemail. Enable summary emails if you want to hear about each AI call. Your team handles the follow-up.
Start small. Test before switching.
Keep your number.
Try a new way to answer.
Set up on your included number first. Call it yourself: ask a question, request a transfer, and leave a message when nobody answers.
When you are ready, ask your current carrier to forward busy, unanswered, or after-hours calls. Forwarding options and charges depend on your carrier. Porting is available by request through support.
Know what you will pay
The plan. The calls.
The AI talk time.
No per-user or per-device charges. Calling and AI talk time are separate usage charges, not unlimited allowances.

Before you choose
A few practical questions.
Is this just an AI answering service?
No. The plan includes your business phone system: users, extensions, desk phones and softphones, ring groups, business hours, and voicemail. The AI receptionist is built in, with talk time billed separately. No per-seat fees and no per-device fees.
Can I use my existing business number?
Yes: test on your included Rinzo number first, then ask your current carrier about forwarding busy, unanswered, or after-hours calls to it. Availability, settings, and charges depend on your carrier. Porting is by request through support; you do not need to port to test Rinzo. Number availability varies by area code.
What happens when someone needs a person?
Set transfer destinations for people or departments, and a fallback for when they cannot answer. The receptionist can put the caller through or take a message for voicemail. Test the transfer and no-answer route before forwarding real calls. Your team confirms quotes, response times, and dispatch.
Can it answer after hours?
Yes, when you put the receptionist in your after-hours route. Give it your opening hours and approved instructions, and choose who should receive messages. It does not assess hazards or guarantee an emergency response.
Are AI minutes included every month?
Your free period includes 30 AI minutes; there are no recurring free AI minutes afterwards. AI talk time costs $0.10/min, in 6-second increments, from prepaid credit, on top of calling. The call uses your included calling minutes, then costs $0.02/min.
What happens after the free month?
Card required. Renews automatically at $39 USD/month unless you turn off renewal before your free period ends. Usage beyond the included minutes is extra, from prepaid credit. You can turn off renewal in the Control panel under My Account › Billing. Your plan then ends at the end of the free period or paid term. Longer prepaid terms are available on the pricing page; they are paid upfront and are not the free-month offer.
