Base subscriptions, not matched total bills. Rinzo includes one local number and 100 pooled calling minutes, then $0.02/min; AI talk time is $0.10/min on top of calling. Competing plans differ in included numbers, calling, messaging and AI allowances. Taxes, add-ons, hardware and usage can change totals. See Rinzo’s full pricing →
Built around your business
Your phone system should fit the way you work—not make every person use the same app.
Connect your phones →Encrypted endpoint connections
Encrypt the connection between compatible SIP phones and Rinzo with SIP over TLS and SRTP. The browser Softphone encrypts its connection automatically.
SIP-phone encryption requires matching phone and Rinzo device settings. This protects the endpoint-to-Rinzo connection; it is not end-to-end encryption across the public telephone network.

Build menus, ring groups and fallback paths. Change destinations for office hours, lunch and holidays. Put AI answering where it belongs in the call flow, with Advanced Callflows when you need custom routing.
The Control panel and CLI use the same API. An authorized agent can configure people, devices, receptionists and routing—and you can still edit the result yourself.
See what your agent can manage →Hosted business calling with redundant service roles and tested failover paths. Grow your extensions, phones and routing in the same account, without managing a phone server yourself.

On per-user plans, a 5-person base subscription: Quo Starter $95/month / Business $165/month · RingCentral RingEX Core $150/month · Dialpad Connect Standard $135/month. Before taxes, AI and other add-ons; included usage differs.
Unlimited refers to users and devices, not calling minutes, simultaneous calls or storage. Usage and extra numbers are separate. Start with one number; expand your people, phones and routing in the same account. What’s included →
