Add a number
Pick your first number when you sign up: enter an area code and choose one. During early access, more numbers are added on request: email support@mail.rinzo.ai with the area code you’d like. Each phone number costs $10 a month, taken from your credit every 30 days, or prepay it in the Control panel: $6 a month for 12 months ($72 upfront) or $4 a month for 36 months ($144 upfront). Eligible new accounts (card saved at signup) get their first number’s first month free. If your credit can’t cover a number’s monthly fee, we keep it for 7 days, then release it.
What’s available
Local numbers in US and Canadian area codes; availability varies by area code. Toll-free numbers are available by request: email support@mail.rinzo.ai.
Send calls somewhere
A new number needs a destination. Use it as your main number, or assign it to a user or ring group. See Call routing.
Keep an existing number
Moving (porting) a number from your current provider is available by request (email support@mail.rinzo.ai). How long a port takes depends on your current provider, so keep that service active until your number works on Rinzo.
