Why the first answer matters

The next caller often arrives during an appointment.

A buyer wants to speak to a listing agent. A homeowner is considering selling. Someone needs directions to your office. These calls should have a useful path even when the person they want is away from their desk.

Use your own business facts, instructions, and documents to shape the conversation. When a caller asks for a person, Rinzo puts them through to a destination you configure. If that person can’t take the call, it takes a message for them.

The calls you know well

What callers can get help with.

  1. Buyer and seller inquiries

Explain the areas your team serves and how an introductory conversation is arranged. Connect callers to the person responsible for their type of inquiry.

  2. Requests for an agent

Configure the names and destinations of agents on your team. A caller can ask for their contact and follow that person’s existing phone routing.

  3. Office and showing process

Answer general questions about your office, meeting process, or published showing instructions. An agent confirms availability, listing status, and any appointment.

Your information. Your way of working.

Give it the details your callers need.

Build a concise directory of agents and the inquiries they handle. Use stable service information in the knowledge base; a live listing feed is not connected. Give calls for an unavailable or unrecognized agent a useful office or voicemail destination. Start from the real-estate template: rinzo receptionists template real-estate drafts the greeting, instructions, common questions and destinations for a real estate office, with blanks for your own prices, hours and policies that you fill in and check before publishing.

Upload PDF, Word, text, or Markdown documents, review their extracted text, and publish your updates when ready.

Before you get started

Questions from real estate agents.

Rinzo is in early access. See current availability and how information is handled.

Can it confirm whether a property is still available?

It does not read a live listing system. Route listing-status, offer, and showing-time questions to the agent who can confirm the latest information.

Can buyers ask for an agent by name?

Yes. Add that agent’s name and destination to the configured directory. Their normal routing determines which phones ring and what happens if they do not answer.

Can it answer calls about open houses?

It can share general open house information you add to the business information. Keep that information current, and route questions about a specific listing to the agent.
